Upon presentation of a death certificate for feline panleukopenia / feline infectious peritonitis / other medical cause, the cattery will unconditionally refund the full purchase price. If the kitten's death is suddenly announced without prior notice, or treatment is passively abandoned, the cattery reserves the right to make no compensation whatsoever!

Because hypertrophic cardiomyopathy involves too many genetic loci, and the loci that institutions can test are limited, it cannot be determined whether an affected cat's condition is hereditary. However, the vast majority of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy caused by genetic inheritance manifests before one year of age. 1) Onset before one year of age: After examination at a licensed veterinary hospital and a hypertrophic cardiomyopathy examination report issued by a certified veterinarian, unconditional return of the kitten and full refund. 2) Onset before two years of age: After examination at a licensed veterinary hospital and a hypertrophic cardiomyopathy examination report issued by a certified veterinarian, the cattery will compensate the owner with 50% of the purchase price for the kitten's medical care. 3) Death within three years of age: If the kitten passes away due to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, after examination at a licensed veterinary hospital and a medical death certificate issued by a certified veterinarian, the owner may purchase any other kitten of the same grade from the cattery at half price.

If a kitten is diagnosed before one year of age with a malignant tumor, epilepsy, or another fatal disease of unknown cause, and passes away after treatment, the cattery is willing to gift the owner a kitten of the same grade.

The owner must provide examination reports from the kitten's medical visits, videos, and follow-up videos at home, for at least seven days! And other human causes such as mistreatment, falling from a height, poisoning, trauma, high or low blood sugar, etc. must be ruled out, otherwise no compensation will be given!
